that' s the official diagnosis from the walk in clinic doctor today. i suppose this diagnosis has to be correct, although i speculate there may be more to it than that.

i see a lot of myself in here, so i am going to plan to take it very easy for the next 1-2 weeks. i will also be following up with my family doc in a few days as well for a 2nd opinion.
