ran 13K today. several short runs, sorta part for the course it seems! got the external stitches out of my wound today. there are apparently some internal ones that will stay in there indefinitely..
running went well. there is still swelling in terms of scar tissue that is still a bit uncomfortable. this will be an issue for another 4-6 weeks apparently.
